At Flemings Chapel

Senior Pastor

David Payne

Pastor David has served as Senior Pastor at Flemings Chapel for more than a decade in total, returning in 2017 after first leading the church in the early ’90s. He holds a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Piedmont International University.

David came to faith at age seven and felt called in his twenties to help people understand the Bible and grow in their walk with Jesus. He loves teaching Scripture, seeing people grow spiritually, and sharing God’s Word with clarity and joy.

He’s married to his best friend, Lisa, and together they’ve raised three amazing kids and now enjoy every minute with their three grandkids. When he’s not preaching or studying, you’ll probably find him in his woodshop or spending time with family—his favorite kind of “project.”

Associate Pastor of Outreach and Evangelism

Keith McCall

Keith McCall has served as Associate Pastor of Outreach and Evangelism at Flemings Chapel since 2024. He came to Christ at age 11 during VBS and grew serious about his walk with the Lord in his early twenties, which led him into 15 years of international mission work.

Keith earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies with History of Ideas from Southeastern College at Wake Forest and an M.Div. with an International Missions focus from SEBTS. He loves teaching, discipleship, and sharing the gospel—passions shaped by Romans 15:20–21. His prayer is always that Christ, not himself, is the one who is seen and glorified.

Keith has been married to his wife, Angela, for 32 years, and they share four wonderful children, plus a few dogs who keep things lively. In his spare time, he enjoys working with his hands, whether fixing cars, tackling home projects, or gardening.

Associate Pastor of Student Ministries

Weston Pratt

Weston Pratt serves as the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at Flemings Chapel, a role he began in July of 2025. He came to know Christ in the sixth grade, and in 2021 Weston sensed God’s call to ministry at a youth camp. Since then, he’s followed that calling with a heart for students, discipleship, and building Christ-centered relationships.

He completed his Associate Degree in Science through CVCC and is now pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies at Spurgeon College. His ministry is shaped by John 3:30—“He must increase, but I must decrease.” Weston hopes people encounter Christ through His Word and find the church to be a place of rest, comfort, and hope.

Weston is married to his wife, Michaela, who is his constant support and partner in ministry. In their free time, they love hiking, trying new food, and playing board games together.
